Or maybe you’re already a great cake maker and you just want to polish up on your realistic sugar flower skills. Whichever it is, I can offer you one to one training to help you to develop your skills and confidence.

As the training is one to one, we can make a bespoke plan to help you to get the best out of the day. I can teach cake structure and basics, techniques such as freehand painting and stencilling, or a wide range of sugar flowers including:

Each full day session runs from 9am until 4pm, please enquire directly for dates and availability. The price for a standard full day 1-1 session is £299.
